2. Firearms (Including GLOCK® Pistols)
2.1 Transfer Through FFL
- All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder selected by the customer.
- Ownership transfers to the customer only after successful completion of the background check and legal transfer at the FFL.
2.2 Returns of Firearms
- No returns are accepted once a firearm has been transferred to the customer by the FFL, except where required by law.
- If a firearm is rejected by the FFL prior to transfer (e.g., failed background check or legal ineligibility), the firearm may be returned to us untransferred.
2.3 Refunds for Rejected Transfers
- If a transfer is rejected, refunds (if applicable) will be issued minus:
- Shipping costs (both outbound and return)
- FFL transfer or handling fees
- A restocking fee (typically 15–25%, depending on condition and manufacturer policies)
- Refunds are processed only after the firearm is returned to us in new, unfired condition.
2.4 Manufacturer Warranty
- Firearms that are defective after transfer are not eligible for return to us.
- Such issues are covered under the GLOCK® manufacturer warranty, and customers should contact GLOCK® or an authorized service center directly.
3. Ammunition
- All ammunition sales are final.
- Due to safety and regulatory requirements, ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
4. Magazines, Optics, Parts, and Accessories
4.1 Eligibility
- Non-regulated accessories (e.g., optics, holsters, parts, apparel) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- In original packaging with all manuals, tags, and components
4.2 Non-Returnable Accessories
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Installed or modified parts
- Optics or electronics that have been mounted
- Magazines restricted by state law once shipped
- Clearance or final-sale items
4.3 Restocking Fees
